Plugin for viewing text files in Total Commander.

The TCAkelPad plugin allows you to use AkelPad in both x86 and x64 bits.
Moreover, they can be used both with Total Commander x86 and x64.
You can use AkelPad of one bit depth for both bit depths at once
Total Commander.
The plugin allows you to use AkelPad in two modes. In edit mode and
in viewer mode. The mode of use of AkelPad is set by the parameter
readonly in the plugin configuration file, but while viewing the current file
it can can be changed by the standard AkelPad "Read Only" command. While
viewing the following file operating mode, set by the readonly parameter will
start by default.
The plugin provides double use of the '4', 'N' and 'P' keys, functionality
which depends on the AkelPad operating mode.
When using the AkelPad in view mode, the '4' key works as
in TC Lister and is used to sort through viewing plugins. 'N' and 'P' keys work
as in TC Lister and are used to scroll through the list of files.
In edit mode, the '4', 'N' and 'P' keys are used to enter text.

History of changes.
Version 1.10:
 + when searching for a string in files, its value is transferred to AkelPad.
 + added AkelPadINI.7z archive with AkelPad test ini files.
Test ini files guarantee correct operation of the plugin. With other settings AkelPad crashes and freezes are possible, since not all AkelPad plugins can work correctly with TCAkelPad Plugin.
It also requires additional settings for correctly saving changed files and other plugin options.
The test ini files should be located next to the AkelPad(64).exe file.
Some AkelPad hotkeys interfere with the correct operation of the plugin, and disable they are only possible by editing the resources of the language files.
Therefore for Russian-speaking users have added the Langs_ru.7z archive, which contains modified language files.
